About the Role

We are seeking a driven and energetic Cold Outreach Specialist to join our pool of Virtual Employees You'll be working with Clients from the USA and Canada. These clients will be SMBs and Enterprise businesses.

For the clients: Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential leads across multiple channels, primarily phone calls, but also emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools. Your goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on talking to new people, is not afraid of rejection, and is highly organized and target-driven.

Shift Timings: US Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST or 9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls daily to potential clients and decision-makers
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Qualify leads and gather key information about prospects
• Build and maintain a pipeline of warm leads and follow-ups
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM
• Track outreach metrics and continuously improve engagement strategies
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting

What Were Looking For

• 2 to 8 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident speaker with the ability to hold professional conversations
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar) is a plus
• Comfortable working US hours in a fully remote setting
