Lead and oversee contractor endoscopy technicians and support staff by coordinating schedules, training, quality control, clinical operations, and performance standards. Serve as a liaison between the Endoscopy Center and other healthcare departments while supporting efficient, safe, and high-quality endoscopy services.
Serve as Team Leader for contractor endoscopy technicians.
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project. Work on weekends/holidays may be required. The average work schedule will be 40 hours per week.
Work is performed in clinical, endoscopy, and surgical procedure areas. Employee may be exposed to medical equipment, bodily fluids, infectious materials, cleaning and disinfecting agents, and varying levels of noise. Position requires frequent interaction with patients, physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel.
Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and use of hands for handling medical instruments and equipment. Employee may be required to lift, carry, push, and pull medical equipment and supplies and assist with positioning or transporting patients.
