Lead / Senior Solution Advisor
Overview:
Seeking a Lead/Senior Solution Advisor specializing in Email Security and Infrastructure. You will design, deploy, manage, and optimize enterprise email security solutions leveraging platforms such as Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office (MDO), Agari, and KnowBe4 across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem Exchange environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, and administer advanced email security systems across diverse environments.
• Configure and maintain email authentication frameworks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to prevent phishing, spoofing, and unauthorized email activity.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of authentication records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and refine policies for virus protection, spam control, content filtering, impersonation detection, and URL defense.
• Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, filtering, and threat detection.
• Build secure-by-design architectures aligned with client requirements and organizational cybersecurity standards.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, solution design, and proof-of-concept activities.
About the Team:
The Enterprise Security team strengthens cybersecurity across digital transformation initiatives by securing client infrastructure while supporting innovation. The team’s expertise covers security architecture, secure development, cloud security, application security, and secure-by-design practices.
Qualifications – Must Have:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise email security solutions.
• Strong expertise in Email Infrastructure and Security across Exchange and Google Workspace.
• Practical experience troubleshooting email flow, configuring filters, and applying email security best practices.
• Proven ability to configure and validate SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for authentication and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Experience supporting incident response and resolving email security issues.
Good to Have:
• Vendor certifications in Email Security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, Cisco ESA, etc.).
• Additional certifications such as CISSP or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of cloud environments and cloud-native security technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint/network security concepts.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Location:
• Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Kolkata
Shift Timings:
• As per project/business requirements.
