Lead Email Designer

Remote. Full-time. Latin America and the US.

Performance retention agency for 9-figure DTC brands. Email and SMS are the product. Design is not decoration on top of it. Campaigns have to look like the brand and still convert. The book spans fashion editorial, clean beauty, loud CPG, and luxury accessories.

This is the seat for a designer whose work is already at the level, who has not yet been handed a team, and who wants to be. You will execute inside visual systems set by our lead, and you will set your own on the accounts you own. Within a year, if the work holds, you are art directing new business yourself.

What you'll do

• Design campaign email and SMS for a set of assigned brands. Weekly sends, promos, drops, launches.
• Build and extend each brand's visual system: type, photography treatment, color, merchandising.
• Take a strategist's brief and make it look expensive. Push back when the brief will produce generic work.
• Build in Figma, hand off cleanly, and work in Klaviyo without designing like Klaviyo.
• Sit in critique. Give notes as well as take them.

What separates this from a production seat

You are not restyling last month's module with a new header. Every drop is art directed. If you are currently producing 30 emails a week from a template library and you know your work is better than that output, this is the seat.

Hours

Core overlap is 9am to 1pm EST.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing digital campaign work, with real email in the book. Fashion, beauty, CPG, ecommerce or luxury.
• Campaign art direction, not flow production. Custom display type, treated photography, merchandising that still looks designed.
• Figma fluency. Adobe assumed. Klaviyo is a plus and is teachable if the design work is there.
• Range across at least two of: fashion, beauty, CPG, accessories.
• Professional written English.
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil or the United States, and able to hold 9am to 1pm EST.
• Portfolio link required. No portfolio, no read.
