Job Description

As a Lead Electrician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide essential technical support to engineering teams by assisting in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of aerospace components and systems. You will apply your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to ensure the accuracy and quality of engineering projects.

You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you’ll primarily work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the successful development and validation of aerospace products by delivering reliable technical assistance and maintaining precise documentation, contributing to Honeywell’s reputation for excellence in aerospace technology.

• Assist engineering teams with the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of aerospace components and systems.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results, procedures, and technical data.

• Support calibration and maintenance of engineering tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or GED

• You must be a licensed Electrician

• Experience in technical support, assembly, or testing roles within engineering environments

• Basic understanding of aerospace components, mechanical systems, and testing procedures

• Proficiency with standard engineering tools and equipment, data recording software, and familiarity with calibration processes

• Experience with technical documentation and adherence to quality standards
