Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and general electrical installations: Execute tasks across both domestic and commercial sites, ensuring no two weeks are the same.
- Project Management: Lead a team of 3-4 technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency on-site.
- Adherence to Standards: Uphold strict industry standards and safety regulations, guaranteeing the integrity and safety of all installations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide comprehensive technical support to clients.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all operational and maintenance activities.
- Site Travel: Travel to various project sites, with occasional overnight stays required to complete essential tasks.
Requirements:
- Certification as an Electrician: Must hold relevant qualifications with extensive experience in both solar and general electrical installations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise in solar PV systems and general electrical work.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring quality over quantity in all tasks.
