- Work directly with installation teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Participate in commissioning, integration, and handover activities.
Electrical Drawing Mark-ups & Revisions
- Review, mark up, and update electrical drawings (schematics, wiring, cable schedules) to reflect installation changes, design modifications, progress, and as-built conditions.
- Maintain drawing version control and revision history.
Material Specification & Ordering
- Create technical submittals for electrical items with input from the client and consultant specification.
- Derive material lists from drawings and specifications (cables, conduit, terminations, components, ELV devices).
- Prepare purchase requisitions and BOMs, monitor delivery timelines, coordinate with procurement to avoid delays.
Issuance of EICA (Electrical / Instrumentation / Control / Automation) Documents
- Generate and distribute electrical design documentation (schematics, layouts, interconnections) to the installation teams and manufacturing workshops.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is printed, complete, and correctly referenced.
Technical Liaison with Production & Site Teams
- Act as the design liaison to site engineers and installers; resolve queries, clarify intent, recommend modifications while maintaining compliance.
- Support site installation with clarifications, deviations, or design changes.
