Job Purpose: Lead, Electrical is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in planning, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems across precast factory operations. The role ensures reliable power distribution, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving cost optimization, process automation, and cross-functional coordination to support long-term operational excellence and scalability.

Electrical Strategy Development:

Design and implement electrical strategies and policies for precast factory operations, covering power distribution, automation systems, and energy efficiency frameworks.

Align electrical infrastructure with organizational objectives, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.

Budget Management:

Prepare and monitor electrical budgets for capital expenditure, energy consumption, maintenance, and automation initiatives.

Recommend cost-optimization measures such as energy-efficient systems, renewable integration, and power factor correction.

Factory Setup:

Lead the planning, selection, and commissioning of key electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and plant automation controls.

Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and project teams to ensure installations meet safety, performance, and quality benchmarks.

Electrical Systems Lifecycle & Maintenance:

Develop predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure, reducing downtime and ensuring system reliability.

Ensure adequate availability of critical spares and consumables through effective vendor management and demand forecasting.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

Define and enforce electrical safety protocols in line with statutory requirements and industry best practices.

Conduct regular inspections, load audits, and risk assessments while embedding a safety-first culture across the workforce.

Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:

Manage coordination with OEMs, EPC contractors, and internal design, production, and quality teams for seamless execution of electrical works.

Negotiate and oversee AMC/service contracts to ensure adherence to warranties, SLAs, and performance guarantees.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

Establish dashboards, electrical load reports, and downtime analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Provide management with insights on energy utilization, system efficiency, and cost-reduction opportunities.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions.

Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development:

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.

Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering

Work Experience:

10–15 years in industrial electrical roles, with at least 3 years in precast or heavy manufacturing
