Location: 326 High St, Geelong VIC 3216
Rate: $34.51 – $39.24 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to lead the daily learning program within our 0–12 month age group. In this role, you will guide and support your team in creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment that promotes each child’s development and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.

  • Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.

  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.

What you’ll bring

  • A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bee values.

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification and WWCC.

  • Demonstrated experience leading a room in a day care setting.

  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
