Oversees the design and implementation of the ongoing formal training sessions for learning and development program at the center for learning and innovation and other venues. Educates organization staff on initiatives. Provides direction to site liaisons on insurance processing.

Job Responsibility

• Ensures alignment of front end registration education with the health system's vision, values, objectives, strategic goals and key success factors.
• Oversees the development of education materials and manuals; participates in the design and development of learning experiences; instruction strategies for new and existing training programs.
• Facilitates training sessions.
• Coordinates training program schedules with participants, instructors and facility management.
• Facilitates the front end insurance plan code maintenance process; communicates insurance information to the staff on a regular basis.
• Ensures that the educational programs are communicated to appropriate departments.
• Oversees needs assessment within the organization to determine direction of training programs.
• Ensures learning facilities are set-up and ready for training program events including equipment; prepares and distributes training aids; instruction materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids.
• Provides guidance and direction to site departments regarding current insurance regulations and processing practices.
• Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
