What You Will Do

• Lead engineering initiatives focused on edge AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in programming languages such as Go, Rust, Python, and C/C++.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data management systems.
• Drive the development of machine learning models that enhance data processing and security capabilities.
• Optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability while ensuring best practices in software development.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of the technology stack.
• Analyze system performance metrics and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2-3 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and data management.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Go, Rust, and C/C++.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working on cutting-edge technology.
• Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred
