Lead Early Preschool Teacher (2½–3 Year Old Classroom)
Location: The Learning Experience – Brooklyn Bushwick, NY
Pay: $23 per hour
The Learning Experience – Brooklyn Bushwick is seeking an experienced Lead Early Preschool Teacher to guide children transitioning from toddler routines into preschool readiness.
Responsibilities
Lead a 2½–3 classroom with structured routines and clear expectations
Support toileting independence and early classroom transitions
Implement early pre-preschool lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Encourage language growth and peer interaction
Maintain classroom organization and documentation
Communicate regularly with families
Qualifications
12 ECE credits, CDA, AA/BA in ECE, or HS diploma with 5 years experience required
Experience with children ages 2–3 preferred
Assistant Twos Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom)
(Better ranking than “Assistant Twaddler Teacher”)
Location: The Learning Experience – Brooklyn Bushwick, NY
Pay: $19–$20 per hour
The Learning Experience – Brooklyn Bushwick is seeking a supportive Assistant Twos Teacher to help maintain a structured, engaging classroom for 2-year-old learners.
Responsibilities
Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines
Assist with transitions, toileting, meals, and activities
Encourage independence and social development
Maintain classroom organization and safety
Communicate with families during daily transitions
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Experience working with young children preferred
Must meet NYC childcare licensing requirements
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
