Under general supervision, responsible for picking, labeling, packaging, and checking key account orders in a timely manner.
Correctly pick frames and cases from a pick ticket that details the quantity, style, size, color, and all locations corresponding to the order
Package and label key account orders, including removing frame cards, putting frames inside the case, the case inside a 5x8 bag, and affixing a label to the bag
Check key account orders against the pick ticket to verify the style, size, color, and quantity are correct
Check cases to make sure the correct cases were pulled for the order
Create bar codes and labels as instructed and affix to boxes as directed
Request merchandise from the pallet area and or/ shipments in order to fill the order to the maximum fill rate
Communicates to the Assistant Supervisor if there are any work issues that need to be addressed
Perform all other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
One to two years’ general warehouse experience
Previous distribution center or shipping experience is preferred
Basic computer skills preferred
Able to operate a wave machine
Must be able to prioritize work
Must be detail-oriented and accurate and able to multitask
Must be able to work accurately and safely under pressure
Ability to lift boxes and packages up to 75lbs
Overtime and weekend hours may be required
Preferred Skills
Experience using SAP or similar warehouse systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency in a distribution environment
Ability to manage order prioritization and batch picking to meet shipping deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Effective communication skills for reporting issues, coordinating with leadership, and supporting team operations
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity under pressure

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
