About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product owner for pricing and platform management within Core Banking Modernization program. This is a Lead product owner role for platform team within EPPM.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in HOGAN mainframe systems (IDS, CIS) and legacy modernization initiatives
  • Prior experience on Zafin / EPPM will be a plus.
  • Strong risk management and controls mindset, preferably within financial services or other regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies and delivery sequencing across teams and initiatives.
  • Experience working with data‑driven platforms, configuration‑based products, or pricing/product management systems

Job Expectations:

  • The Product Owner (P4) – EPPM is responsible for owning and driving delivery of enterprise‑scale product and pricing platform capabilities that enable faster time‑to‑market, strong governance, and differentiated customer and business outcomes. This role may also lead cross‑functional teams to define product outcomes, manage priorities, and ensure high‑quality delivery within a regulated financial services environment.

    The P4 Product Owner operates with accountability for assigned EPPM capabilities, balancing business value, risk, dependencies, and technical feasibility while partnering closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, Risk, and Line of Business stakeholders.
