Leads the development and ongoing refinement of critical digital processes, identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Analyzes, verifies, tracks and enhances short- and long-term digital projects of various degrees of complexity, from the moderate to the substantial. Responsible for scoping and information-gathering efforts, working with cross-functional teams and interdepartmental partners to monitor, triage and resolve quality and performance issues across Northwell's customer-facing digital platforms. Partners with internal and external stakeholders on sizing, scheduling and prioritizing business-critical enhancements. particularly as it relates to the automation of processes to drive scaled efficiencies.

5.Documents epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, success metrics, and business
value.
6.Documents and communicates clearly and timely with customers on project status and issues.
7.Responds to business critical site defects on/off hours on a rotating schedule.
8.Makes quick and accurate decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and flexible delivery environment, regularly operating with wide latitude in determining the appropriate approach.
9.Provides technical guidance and direction to members of the Digital Channel Operations team, associated contractors and vendors, including the checking and assigning of work to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks; regularly models/mentors/trains team members on
technical skills.

Job Qualification
1.Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
2.5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
Highly Preferred:
• Proven experience working on large-scale website platforms (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager,
Sitecore, or similar CMS).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
Adobe Analytics).
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive
design.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
