Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Lead, Digital Experience Delivery to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing team.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience Delivery, the Lead, Digital Experience Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of digital experience initiatives across Canadian Blood Services’ public-facing digital channels, translating approved strategies and product requirements into high-quality digital experiences.
The role focuses on operationalizing initiatives ranging from campaign-driven experiences to product and feature enhancements, ensuring work is effectively structured, coordinated and delivered across cross-functional teams. The Lead defines how initiatives move from concept to launch, establishing appropriate delivery approaches, sequencing, and coordination across Product, UX, Content, Development, Marketing, Analytics and external partners.
Working as a connector between strategy and execution, the role translates requirements into actionable delivery plans, identifies gaps or dependencies, and ensures all components are in place for successful implementation. The role is accountable for driving progress across multiple concurrent initiatives, proactively managing risks, removing blockers, and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
