
The Senior Managing Consultant (Lead – Digital, Data & Platforms Engine) will serve as a core delivery and capability anchor within pcl.’s Digital, Data & Platforms backbone.
This role is responsible for strengthening pcl.’s digital architecture, embedding automation and analytics into client delivery, and shaping reusable digital products and IP that power both the Transformation and Capability & Learning Pillars.
Initially, this role will operate across all three DDP service areas:
As the engine scales and senior leadership is hired across the other two areas, this role will transition to sit primarily within Platforms, Products & IP Development, with a strong firm-wide integration mandate.
This is a shaping role not just delivering digital components, but designing how digital underpins pcl.’s operating system and client value proposition.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science and Related Field.
8–12 years’ experience in digital transformation, data systems, workflow automation, analytics or platform implementation within consulting or professional services
