Performs Dietary Worker duties. Makes simple diet changes, checks assembly line for accuracy and provide guidance for delivery to Dietary Workers. Completes inventory and ordering of daily food supplies.

Job Responsibility

• * Checks patient meal trays for accuracy.
• * Assembles call backs and provides guidance for delivery to dietary workers.
• * Completes inventory and ordering of daily food supplies.
• * Visits patient units to deliver meal trays and for distribution and collection of menus.
• * Performs all duties related to completion of diet changes for assigned patient units.
• * Labels correct menus for patient units.
• * Provides guidance and assistance to Dietary Workers.
• * Informs employees concerning specific tasks to be accomplished.
• * Assists in providing on-the-job training to new employees.
• Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Dietary Worker and/or successful completion of training course in dietary skills, required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
