What You’ll Be Doing

• Advanced drivability and electrical diagnostics
• System troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Engine performance diagnostics
• Research-based repair strategy
• Collaborating with other technicians on complex issues
• Maintaining efficient productivity and workflow
• Performing high-quality repairs with minimal comebacks

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recent hands-on automotive experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a professional independent repair shop
• Consistent work history with no major employment gaps
• ASE Master certification preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and production mindset
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Compensation Details

This role uses a hybrid Pay-for-Performance compensation structure.

• Base pay starts around $40/hr
• Bonus incentives begin above 80% productivity
• High-performing technicians can earn an additional ~$12/hr
• Diagnostic labor is tiered and productivity-based
• Diagnostic time is still credited even if fees are waived
