Lead Diagnostic Tech | Mon–Fri | $1500–$1700 – 2038
Monday–Friday | No Weekends

We’re looking for a strong A-Level / Lead Technician to join our team in Orland Park, IL. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in diagnostics, mentoring others, and helping elevate the entire shop.

Compensation:
$1,500 – $1,700 per week (salary position)

$80k to $90k a year (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting (electrical, drivability, etc.)
• Supporting and mentoring technicians on the team
• Helping improve workflow, efficiency, and overall shop performance
• Assisting with complex repairs and problem-solving
• Working closely with service advisors to ensure accurate recommendations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong diagnostic ability (this is a heavy diagnostic role)
• 6+ years automotive repair experience
• 3+ years in diagnostic
• Proven experience as an A-Level or Lead Technician
• Leadership mindset with willingness to coach and develop others
• Well-rounded skillset across general repair
• Professional, team-first attitude
