We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and scale cloud infrastructure that powers high-performance, secure, and reliable applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing cloud-native environments, streamlining deployment processes, improving system reliability, and enabling engineering teams to deliver software faster and more efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong AWS expertise with automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code capabilities to support mission-critical platforms at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable, and automated software deployments.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Deploy, manage, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or similar automation tools.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and operational visibility.
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to support microservices architecture and cloud-native application deployments.
- Drive infrastructure reliability through proactive capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve infrastructure management through scripting and tooling.
- Ensure cloud security best practices, compliance requirements, access controls, and governance standards are consistently followed.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues while minimizing downtime and business impact.
- Continuously identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, Load Balancers, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, Go, or other programming languages.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, scalability, and high-availability environments.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using industry-standard tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles, access management, compliance controls, and infrastructure governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues.
- A proactive mindset focused on automation, reliability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
