Lead Development Representative
Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a motivated Lead Development Representative in our Porto office.
This Lead development professional will support Arrow's growth by identifying and engaging potential customers while building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. In this role, you will conduct market research, qualify prospects, maintain accurate customer data, and collaborate closely with Arrow's sales teams.
As a Lead Development Representative, you will interact with potential customers to introduce Arrow's value proposition, understand their business needs, and generate qualified opportunities for our sales organization. This position requires a detail-oriented, persistent individual who is comfortable working with large amounts of information while delivering a professional and compelling customer experience.
Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective customers and key decision-makers within target markets.
Conduct outbound outreach activities through phone, email, and other communication channels to generate qualified leads.
Deliver clear and compelling introductions to Arrow's products, services, and value proposition.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant business information and assessing customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, customer interactions, and lead information within CRM systems.
Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives, Field Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to transition qualified opportunities.
Support lead generation campaigns through data research, prospect list building, and administrative activities.
Monitor and update customer and prospect information to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Focus on developing sales, communication, and product knowledge through available training opportunities.
Be a team player and contribute to shared team objectives.
What We Are Looking For
College degree (preferred), or high school diploma with relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, Outlook, and CRM tools.
Strong research, organizational, and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to work through large volumes of information in a structured and efficient manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage customers professionally.
Ability to deliver a concise and effective elevator pitch and communicate Arrow's features and benefits.
Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to prospecting activities.
Previous experience in prospecting, lead generation, customer outreach, door-to-door sales, retail sales, or similar customer-facing activities is considered an asset.
Ability to maintain composure while working in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding environment.
Bilingualism is an asset.
