About the role


As lead developer in the Quant Development team, you will be working on the banks market and counterparty risk control systems, ensuring stable operation and implementing required improvements.

You will be part of a friendly, international team of experienced quant analysts and developers, who will turn to you for guidance on technical questions and optimal development approaches.

The team works tightly integrated with the larger business and IT organizations, which provides excellent opportunities for professional development and growth in either area.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken. Work execution is related to foreign countries.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.

  • 3+ years of commercial-grade development experience with complex applications.

  • Strong skills in Python and SQL.

  • Experience using LLMs as part of your development workflow, either professionally or through personal projects.

  • Familiarity with version control and continuous integration systems.

  • Experience with containers and container orchestration systems.

Optionally you have:

  • Knowledge of, and demonstrated interest in, global financial markets and financial products.

  • Experience advising and assisting junior or less technical colleagues.

  • Previous work experience with:

    • Systems for risk control;

    • Development with Google Cloud;

    • RESTful API design.

    Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate*. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
