Lead UI Developer (Angular)

Hyderabad, India | Hybrid – 2 Days in the Office

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead UI Developer with deep expertise in Angular to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality front-end applications. You will drive UI architecture, establish best practices, and mentor engineers while contributing to innovative, user-centric solutions that make a real impact.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Angular applications and reusable UI components, defining and implementing front-end architecture, coding standards, and UI/UX best practices
• Translate complex business and user requirements into elegant technical solutions, leading technical discussions, estimation, and solution design activities
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensure code quality, and guide team members on best practices while implementing comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, UX, and backend engineering — to deliver user-centric, high-quality front-end solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring application stability, performance, and a seamless user experience
• Mentor and coach developers to build a strong, high-performing UI engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth

Role Essentials

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• 8+ Years of Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with extensive experience in front-end architecture and scalable UI development
• Solid understanding of UI performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks, test automation, and modern CI/CD pipeline practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to drive architecture decisions and lead technical discussions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities with a proven track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams

• Experience leading UI teams or serving as a technical leader in a front-end engineering capacity
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems with an eye for quality and user experience
• Experience working in agile environments with a collaborative, iterative approach to delivery
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach developers, building high-performing and motivated engineering teams
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance front-end applications in a complex enterprise environment
