🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Developer (EDI / Integration Architect)100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Compliance Specialist to develop and maintain compliance frameworks, automated onboarding tools, and performance dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong EDI expertise (especially 856), advanced SQL skills, and the ability to interpret retailer routing guide requirements. You will ensure our compliance logic and reporting dashboards align with partner expectations and directly support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build the ASN compliance and validation engine (configurable by partner).
• Define and implement data mapping, transformation, and error-handling standards.
• Design reusable frameworks for inbound/outbound EDI message processing.
• Lead integration efforts with key retail partners and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide technical oversight to supporting developers.

Primary Deliverables:

• ASN compliance validation and transformation engine
• Automation tooling for partner onboarding
• Compliance and performance dashboards
• Reusable framework for new retail partner integrations

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in EDI/Integration architecture
• Deep EDI/X12 knowledge (esp. 850, 856, 810, 997).
• Experience with AS2, SFTP, and API-based EDI transmission.
• Strong backend development background (Node.js, .NET, or Python preferred).
• Familiarity with data validation, logging, and monitoring frameworks.
• Ability to design scalable, reusable integration components.
