Job Description

This position supports the sales, business development and operations teams with all aspects related to the

CRM applications and data analysis. Responsible for documenting processes and functionality, providing

training for all CRM functions, and providing reports and analytics related to CRM activities. Monitors usage of

systems and performs daily administrative tasks. Develops and updates CRM functionality. Assists in the

solution of problems and ensures rapid delivery of information to leadership and sales teams. Passionate to

continue to learn new approaches, techniques, and best practices.

Assign different projects to programmers, ensure all deadlines are being met and quality standards are being

fulfilled as expected by our customers. Train new programmers and help them get through the learning curve

as soon as possible. Intervene in high-level projects if needed to ensure completion.


  • 45% Participates in any and potentially all roles of the systems development life cycle for SFA projects roles

  • may vary by project and assignment.

  • This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Develop and/or maintain software applications

  • Debug

  • Code

  • Test(QA/QE)

  • Write Documentation

  • Roll out software

  • Production support

  • Gathering requirements

  • Developing formal program specifications

  • Responsible for defining code specifications and how systems will be constructed

  • Official Code Reviews

  • 5% Provide high-level and specific Ad-Hoc Analysis.

  • 20% Development, delegation and management of projects/tasks with teammates and peers

  • 10% Participate in reviews and meetings providing updates on the project’s progress.

  • 10% Help programmers with their projects as needed.

  • 5% Research, and self-training about specific standards in relation to coding, releases, and tools. Update job

  • knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing

· Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

· Area of study: Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.

· Years of experience: 5-7 years

· Type of experience:

o Development experience in real projects, strong knowledge of ES6 JavaScript/TypeScript, Object

Oriented Programming, C#, PowerShell.

o Troubleshoot and resolution of CRM issues in a timely manner communicating impact to end

users and providing status updates to resolution.

o MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI

o MS SQL, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, .NET Framework, Bash/PowerShell Scripting

o Subject Matter Expert in MORE THAN ONE functional area

o Ability to teach coach and mentor

o Ability to provide technical supervision to others.

· Technical Skills: Web Developing, Data Analysis, and Management.

· Other/preferred: Business Intelligence, SAS, Linux, Integration Tools, Versioning, Testing, Communication,

and analytical skill
