The Role

We are seeking talented Piping Designers at Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead level across all disciplines to join our growing engineering and project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment where innovation, technical excellence, and attention to detail are highly valued.

As a Designer, you will play a key role in developing detailed engineering designs, producing high-quality technical documentation, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to resolve design-related issues.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure design accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain comprehensive records of design revisions, modifications, approvals, and project documentation.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support project delivery through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and the highest standards of professional conduct and confidentiality.

About You

You are a detail-oriented design professional with strong technical capability and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across a variety of projects and disciplines.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering detailed design environment working on large mineral processing projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles and industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing competing priorities and meeting project deadlines.

Experience with the following software is highly desirable:

• Bentley Aecosim V8i Select Series 10
• Bentley MicroStation
• Bentley OpenBuildings Connect Edition
• Navisworks Manage / Simulate
