Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will support clinical operations while helping guide and support the dental assisting team.
  • Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures
  • Lead and support daily clinical flow and back-office operations
  • Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, organized, and fully stocked
  • Take and process dental X-rays
  • Oversee infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance standards
  • Mentor and support dental assistants as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charting
  • Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior dental assisting experience required
  • Leadership or lead assistant experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Positive, team-oriented, and dependable attitude
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
