The Lead Demand & Supply Manager is accountable for Demand and Supply planning performance, ensuring the delivery of accurate forecasts, optimized inventory, and reliable product availability. This role leads the planning cycle, drives cross-functional alignment across commercial, supply chain, and operations teams.

Your key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end Demand & Supply balance for the assigned scope by ensuring accurate demand plans, feasible supply alignment, proactive risk identification, and delivery of agreed service, inventory, and performance targets.
Lead the S&OP (IBP) process for the assigned scope by ensuring high-quality inputs, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling structured, timely decision-making with clear accountability and execution follow-through.
· Cross-Functional Alignment & Decision Governance
Enable effective cross-functional decision-making by aligning stakeholders across Sales Operations, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance on priorities, constraints, and trade-offs while ensuring timely resolution of escalations.
· Order Fulfilment & Customer Interface
Own order fulfilment performance by ensuring reliable delivery against commitments, managing customer communication transparently, and driving prioritization and issue resolution in alignment with business rules.
· System & Process Governance
Ensure robust planning governance by owning data integrity, enforcing standardized processes, and driving continuous improvement in systems, tools, and planning frameworks.
· Performance Management, Reporting & Analytics
Drive performance visibility and decision support by owning KPI frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making through structured reporting and forward-looking analysis.
· Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying performance gaps, driving root-cause analysis, and implementing sustainable actions to enhance planning accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency.
