for “Lead Delivery Manager”

Location: Navi Mumbai, India (On site deputation)
Reporting To: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a Lead  Delivery Manager to lead on site execution for a large scale, mission critical data center project, mainly involving electrical low side works i.e MV and LV System, RMUs, Transformers, busduct, UPS, cabling system, ELV system etc
This role is designed for a seasoned site leadership professional with extensive experience in construction management within EPC environments, capable of driving disciplined execution across multiple contractors, trades, and interfaces—while meeting the stringent schedule, safety, and quality demands.
This is a site centric leadership role, with full accountability for construction delivery on ground.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end on-site construction execution across by leading a team of site engineers ensuring delivery as per approved drawings, method statements, quality plans, and project schedules
Drive detailed construction planning including look-ahead plans, daily/weekly work plans, work sequencing, and milestone alignment with commissioning requirements
Manage and control multiple subcontractors, supervisors, and large workforces, ensuring productivity, discipline, manpower adequacy, and effective use of tools and equipment
Monitor site progress, productivity, and constraints; proactively resolve execution bottlenecks, constructability issues, and interface conflicts
Enforce strict adherence to EHS standards, statutory regulations, and project quality requirements, fostering a zero-incident safety culture
Ensure compliance with ITPs, inspections, snag closure, and readiness for testing and commissioning activities
Act as the primary site coordination point with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Commissioning teams, Client, and PMC
Lead site review meetings, inspections, and progress discussions, ensuring timely closure of site observations and comments

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical)

Experience & Competencies
~10+ years of experience in site based construction management
Proven delivery experience in Data Centers or Mission-Critical Facilities will be an added advantage
Proven capability in managing large workforces and multiple subcontractors
Strong experience working on the EPC contractor side
Ability to perform under fast track, high pressure project environments
