As an ambitious and talented Lead Data Scientist joining our growing team, you will have experience of building machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems, ideally within a SAAS product focused environment. You will be adept at working through the full development pipeline from exploratory analysis to production, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where agility and resourcefulness are essential. You will have the opportunity to work in a culture that values autonomy and encourages novel and creative solutions to problems - not just the same old model development process.
You are a team player working within the data science team and in collaboration with the product and engineering teams to develop innovative analytical solutions. You’ll ship a product that delivers the best value for our customers in line with a clear company strategy with data science innovation as a core pillar of the product.
You will work in classical machine learning tasks (classification, regression) as well as innovative Generative Ai applications.
