The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Large Language Model. You will be responsible for developing and implementing ML models that power AI-driven products. You will work closely with our data engineers and product manager to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. This role requires a deep understanding of ML and AI algorithms, as well as strong programming skills. We expect you to:

• Utilize your expertise in ML, natural language processing, and deep learning to develop innovative algorithms and methodologies for modelling tasks.

· Initiate and lead research in cutting-edge AI fields like GPT models, DALL-E, and generative techniques.

• Implement, train, and fine-tune ML, LLM and GPT-like models on large-scale datasets to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

• Hands-on coding to develop ML/AI solutions from scratch.

• Design the ML infrastructure and MLOps on enterprise platform.

• Experiences with cloud AI and Generative AI solutions such as on Azure and Alibaba AI platform.

• Communicate and collaborate with business and product teams to identify and define opportunities for AI-driven innovations.

Requirements and skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies and preferably focus in GenAI and LLM.

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Langchain

• Strong Proficiency in coding and deploying custom AI/ML models on top of AI Cloud platforms such as Azure and Alibaba AI

• Experience with LLM Open AI GPT, Baidu Wenxin, etc

• Experience with information retrieval techniques such as RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search & understanding,

• Working proficiency in Mandarin and English
