We are looking for a Lead Data Architect & Coordinator to define and deliver the future data platform and architecture that will enable this transformation.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will shape how data becomes a core business asset and enable scalable AI adoption across the organization.

As Lead Data Architect & Coordinator, you will:

  Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture and data strategy
• 
  Design and oversee the implementation of a modern, scalable data platform
• 
  Enable AI-readiness across systems, pipelines, and data models
• 
  Coordinate data initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
• 
  Align architecture decisions with business and operational priorities
• 
  Ensure data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards
• 
  Support the transition toward AI-driven decision-making across the organization

You will report directly to the CIO and act as a key strategic partner in shaping the company's digital and data future.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the design of end-to-end data architecture (ingestion, storage, processing, analytics)
• 
  Build and guide the implementation of a centralized data platform
• 
  Define data standards, modeling practices, and integration patterns
• 
  Coordinate cross-functional data initiatives across IT and business teams
• 
  Support the rollout of AI/ML capabilities and data products
• 
  Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of data systems
• 
  Establish governance frameworks for data quality and lifecycle management
• 
  Translate business needs into technical data solutions and roadmaps

Required Experience & Skills

• 
  Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar senior data role
• 
  Strong experience designing enterprise data platforms
• 
  Experience with data engineering, pipelines, and cloud-based architectures
• 
  Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and analytics systems
• 
  Experience working in complex, multi-country or enterprise environments
• 
  Ability to align technical architecture with business strategy
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
