The Senior Central Support Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of centralized business support functions across departments. This position provides high-level administrative, procedural, and operational support, working closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and maintain high standards of compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced administrative and operational support to internal departments and stakeholders.
• Complete administration team tasks daily as needed
• Act as a central point of contact for escalated queries and complex support requests.
• Coordinate and optimize central support workflows, procedures, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and administrative best practices.
• Support the implementation of systems and tools used for administrative operations.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, guidelines and service level agreements
• Track KPI compliance across the team
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation to assist with decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior administrators or support staff as required.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Create streamlined on-boarding and training processes
• Develop and complete quality assurance audits

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior administrative, operations support, or central services role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and workflow management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
• Experience working in fast-paced or matrixed environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Desirable Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with project coordination or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with compliance, reporting, and auditing practices.
