This decision follows a thoughtful evaluation as part of Thermo Fisher’s ongoing business strategy to actively manage and strengthen our portfolio.

We expect the transaction will be completed in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and applicable regulatory approvals. Until the transaction is complete, Thermo Fisher will continue to operate the business

Join our team as a Lead Customer Service Administrator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position connects customers, sales teams, and operational departments, ensuring smooth workflow management and customer satisfaction. You'll manage service requests, coordinate with vendors, process work orders, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding our standards of excellence. Working with laboratory and scientific equipment, you'll help support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through administrative support and process optimization.

REQUIREMENTS:


• 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a laboratory or scientific environment
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and ERP systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulated record-keeping
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in vendor management and coordination
• Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports and metrics
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of laboratory operations and GXP environments preferred
• Ability to provide technical training and guidance to team members
• Strong project management and process improvement skills
• Additional language capabilities preferred
