
Provide technical support for Spectre‑based analog simulation flows, including schematic, MMSIM, and design environment usage. Assist foundry teams in the development and maintenance of PDK development and related QA flow. Work with product engineers and R&D teams to communicate customer issues and feedback, and help track resolution under guidance from senior engineers. Participate in foundry‑related customer engagements as needed, focusing on tool usage, flow clarification, and issue reproduction. Bachelor’s degree(EE/CS) with 6+ years of work experience in IC design house or foundry. MS degree is desired Experience with spice level & fast spice level simulation, such as Spectre, Hspice, Hsim, Ultrasim, XPS, Finesim and so on Experience with analog/mixed signal pre-layout and post-layout simulation, such as AMS designer, XA-VCS and so on Experience with transistor level reliability and EM/IR analysis Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, with a collaborative mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
