What You’ll Do as a Lead Dining Room Server

As a key member of our dining team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
• Setting up dining room tables to create a welcoming ambiance.
• Serving meals to residents with professionalism and care.
• Keeping the dining room and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Assisting with preparing snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments.
• Transporting trash and linens to designated disposal areas.
• Monitoring refrigeration temperatures to ensure food safety.
• Supporting special events and catering functions.
• Delivering meals to remote locations as needed.
• Following and completing daily task checklists.
