Our Imaging Department encompasses multiple services including Computed Tomography, Diagnostic X-Ray, Interventional Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT Imaging, and Ultrasound. Proactively plans and executes daily patient flow and staff schedule.
Assist CT Coordinator with staff selection, training, and competency.
Assists Radiologists and management with establishing protocols.
Produce quality images for Radiologist’s review.
Send images to tele-radiology service after hours as requested.
Maintains and/or develops scanning protocols with CT Coordinator and Radiologist.
Works with CT Coordinator and Radiologist on ACR accreditation as needed.
Assists CT Coordinator, Radiology Manager, and Radiology Director in equipment and software
selections.
Manages physical and financial resources within established guidelines. Includes monitoring
supply inventory, assuring equipment properly maintained and proposal for budgeting items
related to CT.
Performs and documents peripheral venipuncture when necessary for exams.

Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology
Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry
Current license with the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
Advanced ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography required within one (1) year of hire
3 Years of related experience
