At Danfoss, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer experiences across our Sales & Distribution operations. As a Customer Excellence Lead, you will help ensure customers receive the right products, at the right time, supported by responsive and reliable service.

You’ll work at the intersection of customer service, sales, supply chain, logistics, and operations, turning challenges into solutions and helping create a seamless end-to-end customer journey. Your insights and actions will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business growth.

Based in Chennai, this role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, support digital transformation initiatives, and make a meaningful impact in a global, purpose-driven organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the resolution of complex customer issues and escalations to strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Drive excellence across order management and order-to-cash processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of customer commitments.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, and global stakeholders to remove process bottlenecks and improve service performance.
• Analyze customer service metrics and business data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and digital tools, to increase efficiency and service quality.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing customer service, sales operations, order management, or order-to-cash processes in a manufacturing, industrial, or business-to-business environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP and customer relationship management systems, such as SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Effective communication skills in English and a customer-first approach to decision-making.
