Responsibilities:
As Lead Counselor, you'll spend the majority of your time doing what likely drew you to this work in the first place: seeing students. Beyond direct care, you'll help the whole team get better at what it does. You'll facilitate peer consultation and case discussion, design and deliver staff training grounded in the team's real needs, and partner with colleagues to strengthen clinical skill across Counseling Services. This is a role for someone who wants to stay close to the clinical work while also shaping the practice of those around them, a genuine step between staff clinician and administrative leadership.
You'll also connect beyond the counseling center, collaborating with campus partners on culturally responsive programming and helping students find the right support wherever it lives.
