About the Role
As a Lead Coordinator, Production, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing transcript production workflows. You will monitor job queues, prioritize time-sensitive assignments, and ensure the highest standards of quality control. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll train and mentor Production Coordinators while partnering with field offices and court reporters to ensure efficient and accurate production outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Train and mentor Production Coordinators on processes, procedures, and best practices
Develop and maintain training materials to ensure consistency across the team
Monitor job queues, prioritize assignments, and maintain Must-Ship Lists
Track deadlines and expedite time-sensitive transcript production as needed
Perform thorough quality control checks on transcripts and reporter files
Ensure all production files include required components (exhibits, links, XMEF, etc.)
Provide hands-on support for complex production assignments
Collaborate with court reporters and local offices to resolve issues and obtain corrections
Input and verify order details for accurate shipping and invoicing
Communicate team needs and process improvements to leadership
Support and motivate team members to meet performance and quality standards
What You’ll Need
Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
Experience: 2+ years of Production Coordinator experience and 3+ years of client service experience in an office setting
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and reporting tools
Knowledge: Familiarity with legal processes or law firm environments is a plus
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
Work Style: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining high accuracy
What Success Looks Like
Consistently meeting or exceeding production deadlines
Achieving at least 90% productivity and 98% accuracy benchmarks
Serving as a reliable resource and mentor for team members
Ensuring smooth coordination between production teams, field offices, and reporters
Work Environment
This role is a remote position. The position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
