Job Mission / Purpose: Working with the Events team members the Lead Coordinator, Events Logistics is an integral part of the event planning process, the main purpose of the role is to support the event in managing all logistical bookings as requested by the Events Planning team. Key Activities & Responsibilities • All logistical bookings as requested by the events planners - including Flight bookings, Hotels, Trains, Ground Transfers, Restaurants and Catering, Meeting rooms, registration fees for events.

• AMEX reconciliation of all charges
• Archiving of any data in accordance to GDPR regulations
• Collating course fees if any for Stryker led events
• General Admin support if required Education Essential:
• School leaver or College equivalent qualifications Desired:
• Bachelor’s Degree desired but not essential Experience Essential:
• New graduate or 1-2 years Customer service experience
• Ability to be flexible to manage the workload and complete this each day as required Desirable
• Fluent and skilled in local language as well as English
• Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company
• Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance
• Sound knowledge of booking systems
• Oracle/Concur experience
• Experience or knowledge of travel industry

France Pay Ranges:

• France: €39.300 - €65.600 EUR Annual
