The Lead Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician / Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing commercial cooling tower cleaning projects while ensuring work is completed safely, compliantly, on schedule, and to company standards. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with commercial and industrial cooling towers, strong knowledge of Legionella prevention practices, and the ability to supervise field crews, interface with clients, and oversee regulatory compliance. The Lead Technician serves as the on-site authority for safety, quality control, and documentation.
