The Lead Controls Technician is responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting controls systems across airport environments, with a primary focus on backend system setup, integration, and communication between field assets and centralized platforms.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are properly configured, connected, and operational, including server setup, data mapping, and PLC integration. While much of the work is performed remotely, this position also supports field activities as needed for system commissioning and troubleshooting.
This role is best suited for individuals with controls experience who enjoy working across both software and hardware environments, with the ability to own system-level setup and support from initial deployment through ongoing operation.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This role is a hybrid of remote and field-based work. The majority of responsibilities are performed in a remote or office environment, with periodic travel to customer sites for system commissioning, troubleshooting, or support.
Field work may involve exposure to active operational environments, including airport settings, and may require walking, standing, climbing, and moderate lifting.

Pay Range:
$64,500.00 - $103,500.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
