Based in Korea and reporting to the Director, Content & Subtitle Operations, the Lead owns and executes end-to-end dubbing operational workflows, establishing processes and quality standards while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality availability of dubbed content on the Viki platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end content operations across multiple regions and languages, with a primary focus on dubbing, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality localized viewing experiences.

  • Establish and continuously improve quality standards, operational guidelines, and success metrics for localization and broader content operations workflows.

  • Provide strategic oversight of dubbing operations while remaining capable of hands-on execution when required, including coordination with studios and localization partners.

  • Modernize and scale operations by systematically adopting automation, tooling, and workflow orchestration technologies.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard external vendors and partners (e.g., dubbing studios, localization vendors) to support scalable content operations.

  • Act as the main point of contact for content operations alignment, escalation, and prioritization, including dubbing-related matters.

  • Track and manage localization-related operational spend, reporting budget status, risks, and variances.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless content operations across workflows and tools.

  • Support additional content operations initiatives beyond dubbing as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

  • 7–9+ years of experience in OTT, media, broadcast, or streaming operations, with substantial experience in localization, dubbing, or audio post-production workflows.

  • Proven experience leading operational functions or projects, with ownership of delivery outcomes and performance metrics.

  • Strong understanding of OTT content delivery pipelines, media formats, audio specifications, and localization requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and cross-functional internal stakeholders at a strategic level.

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting costs, and reporting operational performance.

  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational execution when necessary.

  • Solid understanding of OTT content delivery pipelines and localization processes, with the ability to own delivery outcomes.

  • Fluent in English and Korean.
