– ServiceNow Migration Developer
Role Migration Developer – Core Integration
Experience 6–10 years of relevant experience

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Migration Developer to support migration, integration, and ITSM-related activities. The role will be responsible for designing and developing migration solutions, supporting data movement, integrations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop ServiceNow migration solutions for ITSM and related applications.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading into ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub where applicable.
• Analyze legacy data structures and map source data to ServiceNow target tables and fields.
• Develop migration scripts, transform maps, import sets, business rules, and related platform components.
• Perform data reconciliation, validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution during migration cycles.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to understand migration requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills
• Strong ServiceNow platform and ITSM knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow data migration and transformation.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Glide scripting and data validation.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow tables, CMDB and configuration data is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
• Relevant ServiceNow development experience with strong hands-on platform knowledge.
• Experience working on enterprise ServiceNow implementation or migration projects.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
