Job Description: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, enhance, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in HR processes and hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM integrations, reports, data migration, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
• Configure approval workflows, security roles, and business processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Provide functional documentation, process flows, and user training.

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and support HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports and Dashboards, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
• Design inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems such as Payroll, AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and Benefits platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration, reporting, and security issues.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and impact assessments.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Requirement gathering and workshop facilitation.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation, support, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Experience working with global HR processes and multiple geographies preferred.
