Job Summary

Long-Term Incentive (LTI) / Equity Administration Specialist, someone who understands stock plans, RSUs, PSUs, vesting, equity platforms, taxation, payroll coordination, and executive compensation operations. This is a niche Total Rewards role and not a standard SuccessFactors consultant position.

• Candidate should be highly proficient in: 6+ years in LTI / Equity Administration
• Master data management
• Pivot tables
• XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
• Validation checks
• Reconciliation reporting
• Complex formulas
• Large datasets
• Managed at least 3 full annual grant and vesting cycles
• Experience supporting executive and senior leadership populations

Experience coordinating equity providers, payroll, tax, finance, and HR stakeholders

Payroll, Tax & Finance Exposure

Strong candidates should understand:

• Equity payroll interfaces
• Tax treatment of equity awards
• Vesting reports
• IFRS 2 reporting support
• International mover scenarios
• Share withholding
• Net settlement
• Recharge reporting

Other Requirements

SuccessFactors Exposure

The profile should have:

• SuccessFactors Compensation experience
• Nomination worksheet configuration
• Employee Central data knowledge
• Data uploads and validations

The role is not primarily a SuccessFactors configuration role, but the person should understand the ecosystem

Additional value if candidate has:

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
• Executive compensation reporting experience
• IFRS 2 expertise
• US or Swiss equity tax exposure
• Treasury share management
• SAP Payroll integration knowledge
