Job Summary

SuccessFactors Variable Pay (STI) Specialist, someone who specializes in annual bonus/incentive programs, calculations, proration rules, and payroll handoff. This is a functional role with a strong analytical and compensation background

Key Responsibilities

The candidate should have:

• 6+ years hands-on SuccessFactors Variable Pay experience
• Experience managing at least 2-3 annual bonus cycles
• Strong understanding of bonus calculations and incentive plans
• End-to-end ownership from configuration through payroll handover

Should understand:

Compensation & Bonus Domain Knowledge (Critical)

Candidate should understand:

• Target bonus calculations
• Bonus percentages

• Promotions
• Leave impacts
• Executive bonus plans

This is more important than generic SF knowledge.

Strong Excel Skills Required
