SAP PM/CS Consultant – Vestas OneTool Program

Role Overview

Vestas is seeking an experienced SAP PM/CS Consultant to support the global OneTool program, enabling efficient asset maintenance, field service, and warehouse operations across manufacturing, construction, and service businesses. The consultant will drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) processes on SAP S/4HANA while ensuring seamless integration with warehouse, inventory, and service management solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PM/CS processes including technical objects, equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, service orders, and warranty management.
• Collaborate with warehouse, manufacturing, and field service teams to optimize maintenance and service execution processes.
• Support global OneTool deployments, SIT/UAT testing, cutover activities, defect resolution, and hypercare support.
• Integrate SAP PM/CS with MM, WM/EWM, mobile solutions, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive process standardization, master data governance, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skill Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PM and CS.
• Experience in maintenance planning, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, field service management, and spare parts management.
• Knowledge of equipment master data, asset lifecycle management, and service operations.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, integrations, and testing methodologies.

Experience

• 6-10+ years of SAP PM/CS consulting experience.
• Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation project.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, engineering, or industrial services is preferred.
